Pfsense: cannot access any website

last night the internet was up and running, this morning I found out my proxy shutdown by itself and no one can access any website when I power it up. When I uncheck the Blacklist option on Proxy filter squidguard, internet runs normally without blocking anything on my blacklist. if check the blacklist option again, no one can access anything on the internet. Please help me fix the problem.
