Hi everyone,
I have a bit of a dilemma. Time Warner has installed 2 E-Lines for us. I am trying to get our main site to communicate with the 2 remote sites. I have configured pfSense interface on a 172.16.x.x/24 network to communicate between sites. I can get all 3 boxes to talk while plugged into a dummy layer 2 switch. Once I drop them at the sites, I get no communication. After calling TWC, they said that the lines go over VLAN's 1201 and 1202 from the main site. I define the VLANS in pfsense at the main site and still get nothing.
Anybody out there that can offer advice or direction would be great. TWC has proven to be little help in the matter. They say that it just communicates over Layer 2 and should just work.
