I am currently running a meraki MX60 that is getting overworked by the patrons of our business. The business has, maybe, 25 users at any one time. Our patrons using the wifi fluctuate from 100 to 450 at any one time. To it's credit the MX60 is somehow handling all the traffic without crashing, YAY! But I am sure that isn't going to last much longer since it is only rated as having about 45 users max at anyone time. The second part of this is that we only have a 6 Mb Internet connection up and down for both the business and the patrons. This means the Internet sucks when we are at max capacity. I am planning on getting a cable modem for the guest wifi and setting up another firewall/router just to serve our patrons since the cost is minimal.
