PFSense routing two subnets on esxi lab - problem

Im new to pfsense

I have pfsense installed on an esxi guest vm. I have given the vm 3 virtual nics. BTW my ESXi host has 2 physical nics but I only use 1 VMSwitch

I already have an isp router (192.168.0.1) and firewall so I dont want to necessarily use the firewall features of pfsense

I want the pfsense vm to act as a router between my 2 lab subnets (192.168.0.0 and 192.168.1.0)

I have given the LAN PF interface a static ip of 192.168.0.10 and OPT1 interface as 192.168.1.10

I dont even know if I need the WAN interface of pfsense. I had things up and running the way I wanted but then it stopped working for some reason. If all was working as normal, I would give my VMs on the 192.168.0.0 a gateway of 192.168.0.10 and vms on the 192.168.1.0 subnet; 192.168.1.10

I have tried creating the OPT1 to any rule on the pfsense firewall as well as...
