I have been beating my head against the wall for two weeks now (Figuratively speaking of course) and I cannot figure out what is going on. I have spent more time talking to my ISP thinking it was their connections, until today when I decided to plug straight into the Modem itself and run a speed test. I confirmed that the Speed & Duplex was set to 100 Full Duplex and got the full 50 MB Down and 50 MB up. I then plugged directly into our DMZ Switch between the modem and Firewall and confirmed 50 up and 50 down also with the 100 Full Duplex. The moment I plug into our PFSense firewall I drop to about 15 MB down again making sure it was set to 100 full as well.
I have shut off SNORT and even when as far as turning of Squid and SquidGaurd, for the time being and still no improvement. I am at a loss.
