pfsense does not connect with my pc

Hello,
Actually I have a pfsense configured with a WAN via DHCP and with a LAN 192.168.xxx.x, but I do not have communication with my PC that is in a 172.16.xx network, any idea to achieve communication between the LAN of the pfsense and my machine ?
