Pfsense not connect to any IP´s

Hello, Could someone support me with the following problem that I present in my Pfsense: I have the interfaces as follows: WAN 192.168.13.14 LAN 192.168.200.1 I also have set up a captive portal in which my clients connect wirelessly with a username and generic password, what I pretend to implement is the LDAP protocol so that users connect to the wireless network with their personal account. The LDAP server is 172.16.1.1 but when trying to ping that server it is not possible and neither from the server to the Pfsense. I have some static routes added, but still I can't establish communication between the Pfsense and the LDAP server. Any suggestions? Thank you..
