how can i block videos in websites like facebook,youtube using pfsense?

hello everybody i'm using pfsense firewall and i know how to block websites but i don't need to close the whole website i need to close videos in facebook and youtube as examples so how can i do that in pfsense 
note:i need a full instructions (full steps).
