DHCP issue

I have 2 pfsense that are working in a HA environment.  I have 4 working VLANs on the pfsense and have DHCP working on 3 of them without any issue. I have turned HDCP ON in vlan 100 and this is when I am having issues.  If i use a static IP on a laptop I have no issues connecting to the remote offices.  If i activate the DHCP server on VLAN 100 and us it.  I can connect to the remote office but i get multiple disconnects a minute.  I am looking for help resolving this issue
