InfoUSA.com taking too long to respond

Someone in our marketing department is trying to use the website http://www.infousa.com but the page isn't loading. The tracert (see below) just stops part way there. She very upset because her boss who is based in KS can access the site. I tried the site from my phone on the office WiFi and the page wouldn't load. When I switched my phone to 3G, it loaded fine.
