Would really appreciate any guidance in this.
Currently have a PF VM in place with a Layer 3 Cisco switch connecting the internal network. This device was supplied & configured by the ISP during the installation of the VOIP solution. I have no access to it. There is also a Gateway (Audio Codecs I believe) on the network.
The WAN port on PF is the ISP modem, so it gets an internal IP (192.168.10.x)
The VOIP has been in place and working for many months. However it only recently was brought to may attention that pulling an internal call fails. So external call pulling works. Internal calls work. External to internal (and vice versa) calls work.
The PF logs don't even log any blocked traffic from the phones (used 3 phones to try and trace the problem). So the phones and ISP equipment are in an alias (ISP Phones) and the external PBX...
