pfsense vlans and multiple dhcp ?

Hi,

I had been looking at forking out for some ubiquiti gear (usg, USW-24-pro, U6 AP LR) but so much cost compared to getting a pfsense box.
I'm very new to pfsense and still learning the ins and outs of it.

I'm now thinking of going down the path of buying a Protectli Vault or a Zotac ZBOX pfSense Router.
Will I be able to use pfsense to manage multiple vlans and multiple DHCP pools form the pfsense router ?

Aside from providing internet to each vlan/subnet, there won't be any other requirement for inter vlan connectivity.
