Home Office. If corp VPN (GlobalProtect) is up, local DNS resolution won't work

Hi all, I've been trying to find a resolution to this topic for quite a long time, but I failed.

I have some basic level networking knowledge (I'm an IT Sales Engineer, but networking is not my focus).

I am a remote employee. I have quite some devices at home (Sonos audio, Playstation, Vacuum Robot, Raspberry PI, personal laptop (W10), corporate laptop (W10) etc).

pfSense is a VM running within the personal laptop. Firewall is not active; I only use DNS and DHCP services.

DHCP clients will get IPs from pfSense and then will access to the internet *without* going thru the pfSense box (I mean: the personal laptop running pfSense is *not* in the middle of the path going from the LAN to the ISP router). All is working well.

I set pfSense in Resolver mode.
