Hi all as you can probably tell im new to all this and learning as I go
iv recently started in the world of networking as a hobby setting up a server at home running proxmox with a few different vms,
My ISPs router is awfull to the point i cant even open port 443 to my load balancer.
Iv seen a few videos of people using pfsense in a vm using the network bridged port but ito me that doesn't seam secure the server has dual 1gb ports and dual 10gb so my question is for the extra effort is it more secure to take my wan direct in to a pci passed through then out though the other isolating the network totally
