Client/server VPN and SMB

Hi, I really need to set up a client/server vpn for using VPN for around 60 users, I'm planning to use pfsense and wireguard but I can't seem to find any information on how to tell what kind of hardware I need for whatever amount of users I've looked everywhere and the official documentation only has benchmarks done on special netgate appliances.
