Pass mark required for each Wireguard Instance

Hi all,

So, I have a 1000/1000 Mbit connection and while I have no trouble trouble saturating the down link I found it almost impossible to saturate the uplink due to bad peering or over subscribed VPN providers.

I want to use load balancing between 4 to 6 VPN providers and wondering what passmark am I looking for to be able to do such. I have my eyes on the Intel n100 or the i3 n300 but really like unsure what processor I need. It's hard to find documentation on the recommend passmark required for multiple wire guard connections used in a load balancing setup.

I know it's more complex than just passmark as you have to take into consideration AES NI, AVX and AVX, but hoping someone has experience with multiple wireguard connections.

I'm flexible with the budget I don't want anything that consumes above 45watts.
