PFSense 2.1 syslog through IPSec VPN

I have researched this and can not find a good answer. I have read the following https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Why_can%27t_I_query_SNMP,_use_syslog,_NTP,_or_other_services_initi...?

I was hoping there is a way to do this.

Here is my network.
PFSense (Office) LAN 10.10.1.0/16
Cisco ASA (CoLo) LAN 10.0.0.0 /16
LAN traffic goes through the Tunnel with no problem. Host on both sides can Ping each other.
The PFSense Box can not connect to it. The PFSense Box cannot Ping anything on the CoLo LAN 10.0.0.0 /16. BTW the Cisco ASA can not Ping anything on the Office LAN 10.10.1.0/16.

I have a Syslog Server in the CoLo (10.0.0.0 /16). I want to use PFSense Remote syslog to CoLo Syslog Server.

What is needed is to have the PFSense Box (10.10.1.X/16) use the IPSEC Tunnel to the CoLo (10.0.0.0 /16).

Has anyone been able to accomplish this?
