For security reasons, i decided to change the HTTPS port for the webconfigurator to a custom port. After i changed the port and saved, i lost connection to the WebGui, which is normal. I then tried to reconnect with the new port number but keep timing out.
Based on some research on some solutions, i decided to reset the LAN interface IP and revert to HTTP port 80. But unfortunately, the custom port did not change to 80 but was maintained. but the protocol was reverted to HTTP. So anytime i try to connect with port 80, i get timeouts. If i try to connect with the custom port (details i got after reseting the LAN iP) i get a " SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_6.6.1_hpn13v11 Protocol mismatch" error. And if i try to connect using the correct protocol (HTTPS) and the port, i get a "Secure Connection Failed" Error.
Help will be much appreciated.
