/29 subnet on vlan in pfSense firewall

I have a tagged vlan created on my pfsense firewall on interface em4. I created an interface for that vlan with the following static ipv4 address (172.16.61.2/29). I am having trouble creating another interface on the same vlan (172.16.61.9/29).
