pfSense: Ignores Alias for Firewall Rule (bug?)

So I have an IP alias for a set list of computers that are authorized to access some interfaces on our separate management subnet. It's been set up correctly and works almost all the time, but once in a blue moon pfSense decides to glitch or bug or something and ignores the alias/rule, so I can't access the interfaces. I can obviously ping the pfSense instance, so it's something on that side that's not letting my traffic to go through via the rule.
