PFsense Open VPN set up

Hi I'm Currently having issues with setting up site to site VPN on Pfsense 2.4.4

Server Side configuration 

   WAN 192.168.10.244
LAN 10.10.1.254
Tunnel Network 172.16.10.0/24

Client side configuration 

WAN 192.168.20.244
LAN 10.20.1.254

Basically between both firewalls i can ping all clients and gateways, the issue is clients on both side of the firewalls can't ping each other
