How to configure outbound NAT for LAN2 to use a different public IP?

In our pfSense firewall we have the following 3 interfaces with their IP:

WAN: 209.190.232.50/29

LAN: 10.0.0.10/24

LAN2: 192.168.19.2/24

When we going out to the internet we NAT everything out 1 IP.

With automatic outbound NAT rule, both LAN and LAN2 going out to the internet we NAT everything out 1 public IP -- the WAN IP .50. Now we want to use another different public IP .54 for LAN2. To do that, I changed to use "Hybrid" and add one mapping rule for 192.168.19.0/24 to NAT 209.190.232.54/32 (see the attached.) But after I saved that change, the LAN2 became not able to ping the outside world. What did I miss? Please help.

When we going out to the internet we NAT everything out 1 IP.
