Pfsense on non aes-ni CPUs

Hi,

As Netgate announced aes-ni won't be necessary to run pfsense anymore I wanted to ask if anyone has experience with the performance difference between aes-ni enabled and disabled CPUs. We are a small business and happen to have an old dell r210 (non ii therefore no aes-ni) lying around and i wanted ask if anyone has already experience either with this server as Pfsense box or in general with a Pfsense box without the aes-ni. Im asking because we need quite a few OpenVPN and IPsec tunnels otherwise i wouldn't be concerned about performance.

Thanks
